Terms of use

Playing Sudo Smash means agreeing to these. They are short on purpose.

Your account

One account is yours to play. Do not sell it, share it, or take somebody else's. If you lose a device without securing the account first, the account goes with it - that is why the game asks you to secure it.

How to behave

There is no tolerance for any of this, in a name, a club, or a message:

• Slurs, harassment, threats, or hate aimed at anyone.
• Sexual content, or anything involving children.
• Pretending to be another player, or to be us.
• Cheating, exploiting bugs for gain, or automating play.

Every player can report and block anyone. We read reports every day. What follows a report ranges from a cleared name to a mute to the account going, and we do not owe an explanation of which.

What you buy

Qubits and PATCH+ are a licence to use them in the game, not property. They have no cash value and cannot be traded or refunded by us - refunds are Apple's and Google's to give, under their own rules. We may change prices and what things cost in-game; anything already bought stays bought.

The game changes

Robots, arenas, seasons and balance change, and an online game needs its servers to run. We may stop running Sudo Smash; if we do, we will say so in the game first and stop selling before we stop running.

Ending it

You can delete your account from inside the game at any time. We may end an account that breaks these terms.

The rest
